Marriott International represented by Marriott Middle East & Africa, the world’s biggest hotel chain was in Strathmore recently to interview candidates for their management training program – The Voyage.

In the two years program undertaken in Middle Eastarea, a successful candidate will end up specializing in one of the following development tracks – Operations (i.e.Food & Beverage or Rooms), Sales, Finance, Revenue, Human Resources, Culinary and Engineering.

 Speaking before the interviews, Mr Sayed Haggag, Director Talent Acquisition for Middle East & Africa “As part of Marriott’s Voyage Management Graduate Training Program, you will be expected to lead by example and show the qualities of our future leaders, using your knowledge and experience to guide and motivate your colleagues.Our 24 month programs incorporate regular reviews, training courses, project opportunities and key tasks and responsibilities throughout the year.
